Fair Income, Consumer Equity And Economic Growth Empirical Research

In this paper,we struct "Income Fairness - Consumption Fairness - Economic Growth" theory model based on the traditional model.Based on the analysis,we believe that as long as the government dispose of consumption fairness very well,the whole economy can get fairness and efficiency both.Therefore we introduce the concept of consumption fairness policy,and give the explanation to Kuznets hypothesis.Consumption is the only single aim of production,and expanding domestic demand is the long-term foundation for Chinese economic growth.According to our analysis,we haven't realized consumption fairness,especially for high income individual consumption.So in order to expand domestic consumption demand,we should promote high income individual to consume services.In this paper,we propose that the most principal task is to expand individual consumption from a different perspective.In this process,we list some factors which restrict expanding consumption,and evaluate traditional measures solving this problem.But we find these measures are bad for economic growth in the long run.Therefore,we should put forward to new ways to expand domestic demand.Social justice is the very essence and corner stone of a harmonious society.But because of many reasons,there are various negative effects of problems with social justice,and have become the biggest bottleneck for the country's effects towards a harmonious society,even affecting overall economic and social development.In order to find the system to keep Chinese economy sustainable growth,we need to do some institutional innovation,and it should be helpful to realize social fairness,individual consumption,consumption fairness and responsibility fairness.Based on social fairness,this paper introduces the concept of consumption contribution system, advocating through the way of consumption fairness and social responsibility fairness to expand domestic consumption demand,promote economic growth,and transform the role of government, decrease the gap of income,standardize the economy system and perfect social security gradually. Besides,this paper also analyzes the necessity to revise the labor law.
