China 's Small And Medium-sized Curtain Walls And Windows Of The Enterprise's Internal Control

Curtain Wall of the Constructions is a new industry in our country. Many companies' management lags behind the high growth. It becomes more and more important to improve the management of Curtain Wall of the Construction companies because of intensive market competition. Internal control is one of the key factors for Curtain Wall of the Construction companies to build core competitive advantage and achieve persistent development.This paper aims at studying Wuxi Hengfa Curtain Wall & Window-door Company's internal control based on the theory of internal control. It focuses on discussing the problem existed in Hengfa Company, the solution and experiences about how to promote the internal control system. In chapter I and chapter II, it can be read of the present situation of management in China and some fundamental theories of the internal management. The chapter III discusses the frame of curtain wall companies' production and operation management. And key control method in different stages. It is the core of the paper from chapter IV to chapter V. This part aims at studying Hengfa Curtain Wall & Window-door Company's management from the stand point of internal control, by discussing the main disadvantages of Hengfa Curtain Wall & Window-door Company's internal control, it provides the solution to promote the company's internal control systems. In addition, it provides some useful experiences and thoughts about improve cost control system of Curtain Wall of the Construction company in China. A conclusion is drawn in section VIII, some defects was pointed out and some need further study content is put forward.More than helping the Wuxi Hengfa Curtain Wall & Window-door Company to build their internal control system and avoid huge risk, this paper's research is also useful to help the company to enhance the competition advantages and to acquire persistent development. However, the internal control system of company must also keep improving its control system when the environment changes.By studying the internal-controlling within the procedures of exploring Curtain Wall projects, the writer hopes that Curtain Wall industry exploring corporations can find some useful references while they manage and control the industry.
