Along with the rapid development of mass tourism, the market has much more demand for economy hotels than ever. There is a upsurge of investing and constructing in economy hotels last several years, it is represented by continuous appearance of the domestic economy hotel management company and the successional entrance of the famous overseas brand. The economy hotels market has stepped into a new fleetness development stage at present. The awareness of marketing and making marketing strategies is vital to the development of economy hotels in this stage. The difference between chain economy hotel and single economy hotel on how to make marketing strategies is the focus of this article.On the basis of a scientific definition on economy hotels, marketing, marketing strategy, the article makes a systemic review about economy hotels'marketing strategy. The deficiency existing in the research is also posed. Especially, few researches have been focused on single economy hotel. According to related theories and a series of scientific research methods, this article has taken HANTING INNS&HOTELS and FuKeDu two economy hotels in Yang Zhou as an example, posed the key influenced factors of how to implement economy hotels'marketing strategy and how to make full use of marketing strategy between chain economy hotels and single economy hotels.This article can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter gives the definition and analysis on the concepts and implications of economy hotels, marketing and marketing strategy, and makes a systemic review about economy hotels'. The author is attentive on researches of economy hotels'marketing strategy to discover some deficiency as breakthrough point.The second chapter expounds related theories, research methods and logical thinking about the article, summarizing the content and frame of the article.The third chapter explores presented development of domestic economy hotels, analyzes domestic economy hotels industry, its advantage and disadvantage. Consequently, the necessary of economy hotels'marketing strategy is exemplified.The fourth chapter emphasizes the important of making economy hotels'marketing strategy and analyzes the three steps of economy hotels'marketing strategy in details, including market segments,target market ,position market.The fifth chapter is on the basis of the data from two economy hotels in Yangzhou, and handle them with scientific research methods. The key influenced factors of how to implement economy hotels'marketing strategy has been posed and how to make full use of marketing strategy between china economy hotels and single economy hotels.
