The 21st century is the time in which information flows fast,business environment changes fast,and competition for talents become much fiercer.As the global economy accelerates continuously,and many nations have begun their Talent strategy,we need to think about how to identify the highly potential and competitive intellect in our corporate human resources.Furthermore,proper motivating so as to utilize their professional competency has become one of the hottest issues in academic area of HRM.For the issue of motivating core corporate talents,three aspects should be took into consideration:(1) identifying core talents based on index comparison and analysis;(2) demonstrating motivation mechanism's essential impact on core talents' potential digging; (3) the basic function of C & B management,and expansive effect of broad-band compensation pattern.Based on the research mythology above,the thesis includes following primary parts: General discussion of broad-band compensation.Combining general C & B theory and practice,forward new characteristics,guidelines and implementation condition of broad-band compensation.Case study of corporate strategic C & B management.Based on corporate survey,firstly describes core talents qualitatively and quantitatively;after that,evaluates the motivation effect of the company from several aspects:salary level,salary structure,salary overlapping,staff correlation with performance evaluation,staff turnover,compensation satisfaction and so on.From theoretical study and case research above,I will come about conclusions concerning broad-band compensation's implementation traits and motivation effect.Such conclusions will act as necessary foundation for relevant proposal of broad-band compensation system's improvement and completion.
