According to the principle and methods of the modern compensation management, this paper focus on compensation management of Hunan Telecom Company Limited completely and meticulously, on the basis of this, the author puts forward the broad-banding compensation solution.The content of this paper is divided into four chapters. Through analyzing and studying the present condition in compensation management of Hunan Telecom Company Limited, the author point out original compensation system does not adapt to the demands of the enterprise further more it becomes obstacle for further development of the enterprise. Recently project construction management methods was extensively used in the construction field, Compensation management of Hunan Telecom Company Limited would face new problems. The paper start with theory researches of the modern compensation management, according to Hunan Telecom Company Limited 's middle term and long term development strategy goal and human resource plans, with the core technique of modern compensation management, the author draws lessons from the domestic and international enterprise from modern mainstream view, and have completed the broad-banding compensation solution, which include in the compensation policy, the compensation level, the compensation structure designing, variable pays forms for different communities, allowance and reward planning.The main conclusion of this paper is as following: the broad-banding compensation is also suitable for the corporations in our country; at the same time, it is one of effective methods which accounting for the traditional compensation of Chinese corporations and encouraging the person reasonably. When designing the broad-banding compensation, it must embody the corporation's individual characters, and take the integral stratagem and core value conception of the corporation as its basis. Moreover designing the broad-banding compensation scheme answering for the characteristic of the corporation according to the organization structure and the demand of people under different arrangement. So, only when designing scientifically and with reason, pushing forward under arrangement, can a corporation get the success.
