In 2008, the United States Wall Street financial crisis not only effect rapidly the global economy, but also spread to the real economy from the virtual economy, and then the global economy gets into recession. In the current financial crisis situation, what is our country education and training industry impacted? How it got the opportunity of development from this "crises" by method of innovation of marketing model and breaking the bottleneck of development.Under this economic environment, education and training industry in our country is a lucrative market, is recognized as a "sunrise industry" and the most "money view industry" in the world and will get a broad development opportunities because employment pressure, the traditional educational system divorced from the theory and practice and the education system, and relaxation for the school policy of the training and so on.But more and more and more enterprises get into the training industry, so more and more fierce market competition, it is important for the training enterprises that how to carry out model innovation of marketing training business, and maintain sustainable development and brand really, and it is particularly significant to the vast numbers of learners and development healthy of the entire training industry.In this paper, combined with my own work experience of training enterprises, by the basic principles of the economics and management and marketing study, the author study the training company in our country, and analyze of training markets and market segments of the corporate training market, summarize and analyze the problems and factors of the training industry that a single training product and lack of personalization, bad sense of brand management, disorder of training product pricing and deceptive of promotion ,and difficulty to optimize the training resources and so on. Thereof, give an example of JC training corporation, and try to build systematically a marketing model and the theoretical framework of training enterprise in our country, to explore a suitable roads for the development of training enterprise, in order to promote the health development of our training industry, improve their management and innovation of marketing patterns .
