Circulation Of Shanxi Province Economic Growth Empirical Analysis

Based on the sufficient investigation on the current state of the circulation industry of Shanxi province, the thesis classifies and analyses plenty of materials and statistics through normal and empirical research as well as qualitative and quantitative research. Under the guidance of the theories of the circulation and regional economy, it studies systematically the effect of circulation industry on the economic development of Shanxi province.The theoretical and empirical research on circulation industry was reviewed firstly. Based on this, under the guidance of the theories of the circulation industry, the development and existed problems of Shanxi circulation are fully analyzed. Furthermore, the effect of circulation industry on the economic development of Shanxi province was investigated from the points of economic development and economic structure adjustment, respectively. From the point of economic development, the relationship between three characteristic measure indexes (GDP, employment, consumption) and circulation industry reflected by quantitative analysis indicated that circulation industry had play a positive role on the economic development of Shanxi province. A series of related industry, such as transport, storage and post, financial intermediation, real estate, were compared by linear regression method. Regression results show that behind transport, storage and post industry, circulation industry had promoted the economic development of Shanxi province.As for economic structure adjustment, research results show that the structure between city and county are optimized with the development of circulation industry. The empirical analysis results indicated that the circulation industry had promoted the increase of tertiary industry. However, the economic development of Shanxi province is mainly dependent on the secondary industry, which would be ascribed to the regional features of Shanxi province. Therefore, the circulation industry is not the leading industry of Shanxi economy. Finally, this paper proposed some specific suggestions for the development of Shanxi circulation industry.
