The process of industrialization has promoted economy development and created unprecedented wealth for human society and met people's material needs. But this superficial prosperity can hardly conceal the deep-seated crisis. All kinds of pollution cases happen as one falls, another rises around the world, which deeply tingle people who just enjoyed the results of industrial civilization. People begin to reflect on this predatory development and the environment resources economic model.Reflecting on the past economic model, people gradually realize that the regulation of the capacity of natural systems is limited and any sewage, predatory exploitation of resources would be subjected to punishment.Under this background, people put forward the theory of sustainable development and green marketing based on environmentalism. The emergence of green marketing meets the requirement of the time and eases the contradiction between economy and environment. The implementation of green marketing will enable enterprises to benefit from protecting environment, integrating resources, improving efficiency and establishing a good image. With the theory's continuous improvement, green marketing has been given a new meaning that guiding the healthy and rational consumer culture on the basis of ecological protection.This paper analyzes the background of green marketing and expatiates on its theoretical system. At the same time, this paper presents the framework and basic methods for the implementation of green marketing strategy. Finally, this paper analyses and forecasts the green marketing's international and domestic status and future. This paper presents the introduction and recommendation of China's enterprises in the economic crisis in the green opportunities and response measures. Through the demonstration for green marketing and its strategy implementation, this paper has reference for the enterprises which will implement or implemented green marketing strategy.
