With the rising of the human environmental protection consciousness and the opening up of "Green International Meeting" of UN environment and development, green industry has developed rapidly. Undoubtedly, green marketing has become the new trend to lead international clothing trade. Meanwhile, green marketing has stood out and developed rapidly in developed countries. Facing the rapid development of green industry and the fierce international trade competition, green barrier has gradually become the none-tax barrier and also has fortified. The making of green standards has become the essential condition of international clothing trade. As regards to the marketing of our clothing industry has faced fierce competition, the traditional marketing mode couldn't give the right direction for companies.The paper introduces the definition of green marketing, the basic process of implementing green marketing, the reason to implement green marketing in clothing industry. Meanwhile, the problems of implementing green marketing in clothing industry has been analyzed in the article. On two aspects, the article has addressed the suggestions to implement green marketing. On one and, companies should set up the concept of green marketing, promote green symbol, develop green marketing and so on.Finally the paper comes to the conclusion that companies should apply the marketing policy that everything must satisfy the need of consumers' green consumption. Through the green marketing activities, we correspond with the relations of enterprises benefits to protect environmental development, make the economical development to not only satisfy the present people but also not threat and harm the next generation's development. That is, to achieve persistent development. Only settle the green marketing problems of our companies effectively and carry out the feasibility of green marketing polices and green evaluating system can we enhance the competition in international market and span over the green barriers so that we can never fail in international market. The strategies of this article include the exploitation of products,whole product strategies,product pricing strategies,placing and promoting strategies,the figuration of green companies images and the foundation of green marketing evaluation system which have guiding importance to the realism.
