| In this paper, we select the discounted cash flow (DCF) model in the company free cash flow (FCFF) model to analyze the value of enterprises. As a tool for the application of the financial statements, we use FCFF to evaluate a non-listed company, and use PB to verify the valuation. The results show that the classical FCFF model is still very useful in enterprise evaluation. |
