With the development of the global economic integration and information, the information service industry developed rapidly in China. Also the development of technology innovation in the information service industry is very active. Software and IT service industry increased biggest in the information service industry. Therefore, with the development of IT service and with the expansion of market in IT service, IT service providers now adjust to fit for the new situation and business environment energetically.Firstly the article is based on the IT service of the S company to go its analysis. Through the analysis of operation situation and strategy adjustment in S company, changed from IT system integrator to IT service provider, the writer found the biggest challenge the company faced is: how to make sure the development of IT service in S company is sustainable? Next, in theory from the three aspects to analysis: 1) Based on the analysis of Customer Value theory, this article interpreted the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty; 2) Through the analysis of Relationship Marketing theory, this article pointed that customer loyalty is the foundation of company to keep the long, steady and healthy relationship with customer. 3) Based on the Service Marketing theory, the article gave the final solution is how to build the system of service marketing to realize customer loyalty. Furthermore, depending on the importance of changing management philosophy and market segmentation the article educed the market position of S company. In the end, using the method of the integration of theory and practice the article got the conclusion is: through building the system of service marketing to realize customer loyalty to keep the long, steady and healthy relationship with customer is the effective way to insure the IT service business in S company can develop in sustainability.
