On the background of China ‘s reform and opening up and the establishment of Market system, State-owned enterprises are facing more challenges. In order to keep a foothold in relative career and expand investment area, the core competence must be improved in these enterprises. This situation makes a transformation among state-owned enterprises from state-based economic entities to major customer-oriented entities. In the Market system, the homogenization among products, services, and marketing methods of competitors are existed due to the intense competition. At the same time, major customers’ requirements on personalized service have been increased, which makes major customer marketing management become the part of the developing strategies of state-owned enterprises.Using the 80/20 principles to classify the importance of major customers, and distinguish the resource distribution among enterprises from the contribution that using 20% major customers to create 80% profit for enterprises. Making stable relationship with the major customers who create 80% profit in order to enhance the development of companies and this has become the key to affect the incensement of enterprises.The marketing management of major customers should be established on big market, major customer service, and personalized service satisfaction, as well as providing high quality major customer experience. This makes significant meaning to the state-owned enterprises that rely on specific groups of major customer.In this paper, according to the background of market current situation mentioned above, and the basis of major customer marketing, the current situation of the major customer marketing progress of JZ Company has been analyzed through the methods of the marketing theory about the major customer and the theory of relationship management and project management. Moreover, some issues related to marketing management of JZ Company are discussed from different area, for example, the marketing schema of the major customer in JZ Company, the organization and the implement process. At the same time, a plan for the marketing project management has been designed and a method to improve customers’ satisfactions as well as enhance the customer relationship is made.The reason that analyze the current situation and design new plan of the major customer marketing in JZ Company is to solve the problems happened in the marketing process, and to stabilize the relationship of major customers, then make major customers with high loyalty, modify the structure and realize the products transformation, therefore reach the long term goal of JZ Company. Meanwhile, an expectation is made that hoping local state-owned enterprises like JZ Company will have long term and profound affection related to the marketing project management for the major customers.
