The Software Industry Listed Companies' Governance Evaluation Index Design And Empirical Research

The listed corporate governance quality has been the hot research and the focus in academic and practical field. And of course it is the focus which the corporate stakeholders, staffs and creditors pay attention to. With the help of the evaluation system we can evaluate the corporate governance and the evaluation system is the main part of corporate governance evaluation.Up to now, the research of corporate governance evaluation abroad is not very rich, and the research in home is in its infancy. The research for particle industry is not existed.This paper is from the stage of China's national conditions, in the study theories of corporate governance on the basis, and learn from Standard & Poor's Corporate Governance Score and some other corporate governance evaluation system which were more mature. By analysis governance of listed companies conditions and problems, I choose software industry to be my study object. I try to establish a governance evaluation system in order to fit the condition of software industry. At the end of the paper, Yuanguang software company is my case and I also put forward ideas to improve the evaluation system.
