Dr. Mohammed Yunus is called as the "banker of the poor". His Grameen model(that is, micro-loan model) win a great success in the world, and in 2006 Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Grameen model help a large number of the world's poor get rid of poverty, and the Grameen Bank itself has maintained a good level of profitability and achieved a sustainable development. Grameen Bank's success has aroused the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Domestic and foreign scholars study Younus's thought mainly from the economic aspect. This paper take Rawls's justice theory and Amartya Sen's free development as the starting point. In this paper I attempt to elaborate the ethics perspective contained in Yunus model: Yunus is convinced that the basis for the establishment of the bank should be based on people's mutual trust, not guarantees; Compared with normal financial institutions,Yunus's Grameen Bank has a new kind of values, that is, credit is a basic human right. Grameen Bank is to help all the people, especially those people living below the poverty line to obtain the right; Yunus also proposed the concept of social enterprises, and he thought that Grameen Bank is a typical social enterprises. With the continuous development of China's economy, China's financial system has exposed a number of drawbacks, such as the financial exclusion in underdeveloped areas, in rural areas the loan can not meet the growing financial needs of farmers. Financial reform is imperative. In this paper I analyse Yunus's financial ethical thinking, and I hope this paper can play a role in China's financial reform.
