The employee's individual performance includes not only the roleperformance, but also the behavior performance. The current research andpractice of management have testified that behavior performance plays anotable role in the development of the whole organization. The organizationcitizenship behavior (OCB)is one kind of behavior performances. OCB isspontaneous behavior, and it's not rewarded or directly discerned by theorganization, but it can improve the function and efficiency of the organization.OCB is influenced by many kinds of factors such as individual's organizationtrust and organizational justice. The previous research focused mainly on thepublic administration personnel. Therefore, this paper takes the privateenterprise employees as the research objects to study the relationship amongorganizational justice, organizational trust, and organizational citizenshipbehavior, and discuss the organizational trust's intermediary function betweenorganizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.Referring to the existing foreign questionnaire, in virtue of the statisticsprinciple and methods which are regression analysis, correlation analysis,ANOVA and so on, this paper makes questionnaire investigations, and givesthe following result:(1)Remarkable relevance's have been discovered amongthe three variables;(2) The organizational justice and the organizational trustboth have positive influences on OCB;(3)The organizational trust has a certainintermediary function between organizational justice and organizationalcitizenship behavior;(4)The result of this study showed that the differentindividual characteristics such as education and length of service havedifferent performance on relative OCB dimensionalities.
