With the rapid development of the enterprise and the rapid expansion of business scale, the enterprise faces with the opportunity of growing farther; it also faces with the risk of survivorship and the management difficulty. As a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise, Hailiang Co., Ltd has certain superiority in the management system, the fund and the technical aspect, but the enterprise market competition is aggravating, the national macro-economic regulation and control and the shortage of energy supply also has disadvantageous influence.
