Study Of Trans-regional Distribution Of Internal Financial Management System

Since 1990s, especially after China's entry into the World Trade Organization, trans-regional business operation has become an important strategic choice for the competition and development of large-scale enterprises. However, compared with foreign large-scale trans-regional distribution enterprises, those in China are still at the initial stage of development, with huge gap and many problems in internal financial management in particular.This paper aims to study the financial management system of the trans-regional distribution enterprises, focusing on their internal financial management system (namely, the basic system standardizing and dealing with the financing authority distribution relationship between headquarters of trans-regional distribution enterprises and its branches), and then to study and discuss their important links.On the basis of studying the model of basic financial management system of trans-regional distribution enterprises, analyzing the case of some Company, this paper studies and discusses the important links of the financial management system of trans-regional distribution enterprises (mainly including budget management and performance evaluation). The following propositions are made in the paper: first, to gradually establish the financial management system with the emphasis on centralization of power, which will be the development trend of the financial management system of trans-regional distribution enterprises; second, to carry out comprehensive budget management in trans-regional distribution enterprises under the guidance of the strategic thought; third, to establish dynamic performance evaluation index system combining financial indexes and non-financial ones on the basis of corporate strategies.
