The Problem Of Financing Of Small And Medium High-tech Enterprises In Beijing

With the economic development, small and medium enterprises (SME) are making increasing contribution to Chinese economic. SMEs' important role to economic development has been admitted by all the countries. Specially, SMEs have been an important part in Beijing's economic, they make great contribution to Beijing's economic and they are the key source to financial income. However, SMEs are in disadvantage in Chinese market. The problem of financing of SMEs takes the most attention. Influenced by financial crisis, Global Economy is entering into a recession. SMEs financial environment is deteriorating too. In recent years, the research in Academic Journals of China cause deep discussion. Guided by theoretical analyses and starting from Beijing's SMEs, my thesis is finding ways to solve SMEs' financial problem in practice. Now, some domestic research neglects SMEs' demand and only care capital supply. My thesis suggests that, to solve financial problem of Beijing SMEs, we should put SMEs in core position, not only change government's policy. Anyway, the government should pay attention to supply and demand. We shloud not only care about the capital supply but also the demand of SMEs.
