Sme Financing Problem Resolution

The small and medium business financing is one complex issue which has hindered the healthy development of the economy.In 1978 China made the great decision to take the policy of reform and opening up,small and medium enterprises has become an important driving force for China's economy.The small and medium enterprises have been playing an important role in the increasing job opportunity, promoting innovation and expanding trade with other countries.However the financing has been the long-existing development bottleneck for SMEs in this country.This thesis examined the current financing environment for SMEs and made some policy recommendations to remove those financing constraints, which will be beneficial to ease the plight of SMEs financing.
