Jiangsu Telecom Quality Management Of Internal Audit Projects

For many years, Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work had served an important purpose for the innovation and development of the whole company. Now the internal audit work meets new challenge and opportunity with the development of the trans-conformation of telecom. The quality of internal audit work becomes the key element for its survival and development. It will have practical meanings to play & increase the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit work, keep away and avoid audit rise by enhancing its quality control.This paper briefly describes the current situation of quality management of Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work and deeply discusses the plan, implementation, control and conclusion of quality management by analyzing comprehensive quality control, quality system construction, pattern of eminence and the methods of project quality management. This paper tries to increase the whole quality of Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work by ensuring audit project, integrating audit resources, establishing the quality control standard, implementing PDCA Cycle, enhancing the evaluation of project quality etc.This paper tries to use the methods of combination of theory and practice to research the quality management of Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work and provide the reference of audit project quality control for Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work.
