Project Management Methodology In Property Management

Property management is one of rising industries in China with more than 20-year history, its origin and development is synchronous with economical innovation. China has hundreds of million property, its property management will be bigger and bigger with the real estates' rapid expanding, therefore, the substantial development of property management has wider space.Now China property management has grown rapidly, especially the near years, however, the property management companies are facing more and more competitions. The singleness of its pattern has interrupted its development. It is urgent affairs to find a new pattern for China property management. Project management is one of most important methods to be introduced into China for many years with great success in many fields; however, this advanced method is not used in property management. I think the property management will be attained a higher goal if we can use the method of project management.Considering this idea, the author firstly introduces the status and tendency of China property management, and then gives the basal theories and methods of project management, which will tell the truth that property management industry needs the method of project management. On this base, the author discusses and designs the project management's application in the field of property management industry, and then the author gets his conclusion that project management can be used in property management.Last but not least, the author tells us that the advanced new pattern-project management - can be used in property industry by analyzing PLD company's status, the method of project management is instructing the whole development of property management. The author hopes that project management can apply and promote the industry of property management.
