The Method And Application Of Project Management Theory

It is analyzed that the characteristics and the development trend of the project management both at home and abroad and the question of the project management in force is pointed out. The project management office is advanced on the basis of understanding the Project Management Body of Knowledge of American Project Management Institute. The model of large-scale construction project management is analyzed and the virtues and defects of project are contrasted which including the traditional style of project management, the style of constructional engineering management, the style of design-construction & Turn key project, the mode of design-management, the style of Build Operate Transfer, the style of contract project management and the mode of project management. The characteristics and enforcement method and procedure and main point are discussed in detail. The project management office is applied in the engineering construction of Taineng(泰能) Group and the result is good.The common project management of the Project Management Body of Knowledge is used for reference in the method of project management. The project management is composed of the project initiate phase, the project plane phase, the project enforcement phase, the project control phase and the project ending phase. There are relevant procedure and means in every phase. So the project management became scientific and standard and resources are effective utilized and the ability of owner to control project construction is enhanced. The project construction is completed in budget period which had high quality and the satisfied degree of owner is raised and the strategy demand of the investment side is adapted. Part of research result is applied in the practical project and Shuiqinggou construction project of Qingdao Taineng Group is appraised and analyzed at the end of the dissertation.
