As the rapidly developing of North part of Zhang Jiagang, power supply ability of current power grid daily drops behind the demand of economy. On the other hand, power grid of this area also suffers the abuse of reduplicate power transforming. In virtue of the construction of 220kV Sanxing substation, we can solve all the mentioned problems above.According to the sanction of Jiangsu Electric Power Company, we fix the voltage grade of Sanxing substation, as well as the final scale and current scale of designed substation.Then secondary system and transmission system of substation is detailed demonstrated in this paper, and also the scheming principles is confirmed.In sequence the routing and addressing of substation is particularly analyzed in this paper. Based on locally perambulate, three appropriate scheme is advanced and then demonstrated in every view. Finally the recommended scheme is chosen as the most economic. From this point, paper discussed the loop-opening route of east and west side, and found appropriate route.Finally, the economical and social efficiency of the whole project is evaluated and detailed budgetary estimate is presented.
