| Construction project investment decision-making is a process of choice and decision to invest in action program. Also is making techno-economic demonstration of the proposed project's necessity and feasibility. It's a process of carrying out technical and economic comparison and making choices and judgments on different building programs. Based on analysis of the Ordos City Zhungeer region's electricity load requirement, this paper emphasizes the necessity and urgency of power transmission project construction. In the area building a 500kV substation can meet Zhungeer region added power supply, provide adequate power assurance for regional economic development and substantially improve the region's power supply conditions. Shortening the 220kV, 110kV distance of the power supply for remote areas power supply quality will be greatly enhanced. Zhungeer 500kV substation construction will not only change the situation of unreasonable tide, but also provide suitable access points for the new power projects and substation project of this region. In this paper, after a field investigation, combined with the technical and economic comparison of technologies and the site, analyze and calculate power system, which demonstrated the feasibility of the Zhungeer 500kV power transmission project investment planning. |
