The author of this article in the X company for 12 years witnessed the emergence and development of the federation of employee stock ownership. In this article, the author analyzed the impediment to the survival and development of enterprice caused by the federation of employee stock,and proposed a specific solution.First of all, the author analyzed the external environment of X company, from the situation in the country to the environment of Changzhou, from the consumer market to the department store industry , and focused on the analysis of consumer market and retail market conditions in Changzhou; followed by the analysis of the X company's current situation, highlighting the X company's resources and capacity, and it's competitive position in large department stores of Changzhou, pointing out the X company's current plight and the main reason for the predicament caused by;And then, the author discussed the problem of the federation of employee stock in X company, expounded the theory of the federation of employee stock and the emergence and development of the federation of employee stock from the theoretical point of view, and propose the common problems existing of the federation of employee stock, then focused on the federation of employee stock , pointed out it's problems; Finally, the program to solve the problem of the federation of employee stock was raised, and made comparative analysis of the various advantages and difficulties of the program ,then put forward feasible suggestions and work steps.
