Escalation Study, Based On The Traditional Industrial Clusters Of The Regional Innovation Network

Since the reform and opening up, China has emerged a large number of successful traditional industrial clusters. To China's traditional industrial clusters' development, most of the clusters are still in the low-end road of the industrial clusters development. And with the increasingly fierce international competition, some of China's traditional industrial clusters appear some bad phenomenon, such as the volumes of trade reduce, internal cut-throat competition, lack of capital and talent. So clusters begin to decline. Therefore, this paper uses the industrial clusters theory, regional innovation network theory, the theory of industrial clusters to upgrade and other related theories to study the question that regional innovation network promotes traditional industrial clusters' upgrading. This study of the traditional industrial cluster's upgrading has important theoretical and practical significance.Combined with China's traditional industrial clusters' current development status, this paper analyzes the problems they face. On this basis, this paper analyzes the power of upgrading of China's traditional industrial clusters. This paper selects the innovation difficulties that the small and medium enterprises face as a breakthrough, and analyzes that regional innovation network promote the innovative ability of the enterprises in traditional industrial cluster, and then enhance the role of the cluster continued ability to innovate. This paper puts forward the model in which regional innovation network promotes the upgrading of traditional industries cluster, and specifically discusses the mechanism that regional innovation network promotes the upgrading of traditional industries cluster from official innovation network and informal innovation network.This paper selects the Guzhen in Zhongshan, Guangdong lighting industrial cluster as a case study, and analyzes the development, melioration and function of the regional innovation network and the process that regional innovation network promotes the cluster's innovation ability and push cluster to upgrade. Through the case study, this paper verifies the upgrading model of the traditional industrial cluster in this paper.
