Infrastructure Concession Project Investment Opportunity Analysis

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy, the construction of infrastructure has made great achievements. However, for a long time, China has been adopted the government investment and management model in infrastructure, which has been far from adequate to meet the need of infrastructure. In China, with the steady deepening of the reform of investment system, social capital investment in infrastructure has been got an unprecedented development opportunity.However, franchising is a much more complicated pattern of financing, involving political, social, legal, financial and other factors, so it is very important for the investors to analyze and grasp the franchise investment opportunities to increase the return on investment in social capital.Firstly, on the base of project management theory and investment decision-making theory, combined with the characteristics of the franchise, this paper built the analytical framework of investment opportunities on infrastructure project. That carried out the opportunities analyze from three areas of investment, environmental, economic and risk, then formed an analysis report.Secondly, based on real options theory and possibility theory, this paper put forward the evaluation of investment opportunities on infrastructure project, and gives the further quantitative evaluation for the investment opportunities of single project and multi-project.Finally, it verified the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation method by demonstration.With the increasing of infrastructure construction, domestic construction enterprises are faced with more investment opportunities. In this paper, the study provides a more comprehensive, systematic theoretical system and analysis method, which will help enterprises create a better income, and also contribute to the infrastructure construction of China's rapid development.
