The International Competitiveness Of China's Software Outsourcing Industry Research

The development of software outsourcing has 20 years history.Software outsourcing industry is the core of the high-tech industries.It used necessary way to develop the sofeware industry.Our country has a huge domestic market and a wealth of software outsourcing professionals. Speeding up the development of software outsourcing industry is useful for the optimization of industrial structure achievement of the sustainable development,it has a very practical significance.It can driven the development of China's software industry and service sectors.In this paper, I analyze the question on the basis of the economics theory and the special characteristic of the software, the study aimed at a comprehensive understanding the state of China's software outsourcing industry and its competitve conditions.In order to give the competitiveness a visual positon,I use the quantitative method to analyze the question.And thus we can give some measures to improve the competitiveness of China's software outsourcing industry.In this paper, I used the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods combined, together with a large amount of chart data, the competitive position and the "base" model of China's software outsourcing industry are two main questions. This study showed that the "base"model that the govement used is a means to improve the competitveness of China's software outsourcing industry.The concentration level of the "base" is a important factor that determined the competitive conditions of China's software outsourcing industry.
