Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Nanjing Company Quality Information System Project Planning And Implementation

In this dissertation, a research has been made on program management planning and implement for quality information system for Changan Ford Mazda Autoboile Co., Ltd Nanjing Company. It has been made from five phases that is program kicking off, planning, implementing, controlling and accepting, through set up quality information system to analyse the characteristic of program management by theoretics analyse and practice. It has been defined how to application program management in fact based on the quality information system applying in Changan Ford Mazda Autoboile Co., Ltd Nanjing Company.In this dissertation, a research has been made on program plaming and implement depend on the special point of quality information system. First, through program feasibility analysis to program kick off phase. Second, implement application and research for setup, plan, implement, control and accept the quality information system in Changan Ford Mazda Autoboile Co., Ltd Nanjing Company had been done by program management method. Last, evaluated and wrap up the program.It is no time to delay for ervey compny to set up quality information system due to information technique brings great challenge and cause to change produce and manage model. This dissertation is worth to research and practice due to it should upgrade company competition and adaption ability for market.
