In this paper, summing up domestic and foreign enterprise's financial risk theory and methods based on the research literature, from the perspective of corporate financial risk management research firm the prevention and control of financial risks, focusing on accounts receivable risk, financial risk-based companies have anti-control mode, the actual situation for the pharmaceutical companies, suggesting that if effective prevention and control of accounts receivable risk is the primary task of the pharmaceutical business development, thus the urgent need for a modern high-tech information technology systems to prevent and control their risks. The use of systems analysis, decision analysis method proposed makes a high level of integration, management, modern enterprise management ERP system is an important tool for accounts receivable.In this paper, Beijing Wanhui Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.'s ORACLE ERP system as an example, to case analysis, analytic hierarchy process, the steps for the methods and means of analysis, focusing on how to use ERP systems for enterprise receivables Risk control and management, while the effectiveness of the system tools in the pharmaceutical enterprise's financial risk early warning of kinds of doing empirical research. ERP system for preventing and controlling an enterprise's financial risk, and protect the enterprise's survival and development, thus contributing to healthy and sustained development of China's national economy, has obvious practical significance and academic value.This work done, but on the ERP system in the pharmaceutical industry accounts receivable risk management carried out an initial exploration, so there are still many issues to be further in-depth study and solution.
