The Research On The Accounts Receivable Improvement Of HW Company

As the world economy is in a fragile and slow recovery period,intensified competition in pharmaceutical industry,in order to expand sales and seize more market share,many pharmaceutical companies have to relax credit management.Because credit sales can promote the growth of revenue,and thus led to the rise in profits,but this part of the sales of credit has not been converted to cash,but occupied by accounts receivable.If a pharmaceutical enterprise accounts receivable accumulated too much and can not be recovered in time,it will affect the flow of enterprise funds,resulting in the cash flow crisis of enterprise.Recently,the national health and Family Planning Commission,the Ministry of Finance and other seven departments announced that all public hospitals will abolition all drugs plus before September 30,2017.This is equivalent to cutting off the main source of income in the hospital,resulting in some hospitals having insufficient funds to pay for the medical enterprises.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of accounts receivable of medical enterprises and avoid certain risks has become the focus of the pharmaceutical industry,and has certain research value.In this paper,HW company in the pharmaceutical industry is selected as the case study,and literature research,comparative analysis and case studies are used as the main research methods.The study found that HW company should be the main problems existing in accounts receivable accounts receivable accounts for the high proportion of current assets,accounts receivable in the main business income ratio is too high,accounts receivable turnover rate is far lower than the industry average,age structure is poor,more reliance on large customers such as a series of questions.Then,the author focuses on the analysis of the adverse effects of these problems on the HW company,thereby increasing the urgency of the study of the company.Through the author's analysis,the main reason for these consequences is that the management of accounts receivable of HW company has the problems of "before,after,after the event" management is not in place.Therefore,with the aid of the credit management theory and the whole process management theory,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of the receivable management of the whole process of the HW company,before,during,and after the event.In order to design scheme can better play a role,and put forward the safeguard measures of the scheme,the three aspectsof security measures including the establishment of accounts receivable tracking management system,credit management department to design and improve the personnel incentive mechanism.Hope that through this study can improve the HW company's accounts receivable management,reduce the shortage of cash flow pressure,but also for other pharmaceutical enterprises account receivable management to provide useful inspiration.
