Attendant problems exposed:Most professional real estate web site is based on online advertising as the main profit model, so how to become a bridge between the real estate industry and consumers, how to make your site have a good reputation are important. For survival and development, real estate website must attract enough users. For this reason, customer satisfaction to real estate website would be a focus for real estate website operators.This thesis analyses intensively and summarizes the theories related to the customer satisfaction and the website satisfaction. And based on that, it studies and discusses the problems of the present customer satisfaction evaluation methods, summarizes the existing research results, the study sets up the index system and model of the real estate website customer satisfaction evaluation through the use of QFD method. With mainly using the gain methods of customer quality demands of QFD and the thinking of QFD, it divides the analysis process of the real estate website customer satisfaction influencing factors into the three-phase which is acquisition, conversion and determine, obtain the target set of the real estate website customer'satisfaction evaluation and evaluation index system. Finally verify the evaluation method to be effective and reasonable through empirical analysis.We propose some suggestions for enhancing customer satisfaction of the real estate websites:improve information rapidity, information reliability, and information guidance; Construct simple and user-friendly website structures; Gives takes seriously concerns of interactive between the website and user, enhances the website service quality.
