The Status Quo Of China's Internal Control Disclosure Of Information And Development

The most striking merit among all advantages of the disclosure of the information on internal control is that investors and the public can acknowledge the principle and operation of internal control of a specific enterprise, which can assure the validity of its financial statements, to help them make significant decision in investment and assessment of such enterprise. In addition to the merit I mentioned above, the disclosure of the information on internal control can also have some other virtues to the enterprise, such as improving the efficiency and approach of operation, establishing the strategies and achieving the targets of those strategies, making the whole operation step further and sending out a positive signal of taking internal control seriously. Consequently, the disclosure of the information on internal control can be described as a bridge that can contact the enterprise with the public. Nowadays, researches are focusing more and more deeply on how to construct such bridge.Realizing that China and its capital market both have been developing much more rapidly than ever before, researches are paying more and more attentions on the disclosure of the information on internal control. The first part of my essay is to acknowledge the development and the characteristic as we introduce the regulations and development of the disclosure of the information on internal control in People's Republic of China. The second part is to analyze the problems of the disclosure of the information on internal control in People's Republic of China and the reasons under studying relevant regulations and requirements of listed public companies. The third part is to analyze relevant regulations of other countries, especially those of United States and Japan, discussing their availability to People's Republic of China.
