Car Service Corporate Cost Control Study

Auto service industry is predominating vocation, and cost control plays a key role in auto service industry for economic benefit and competition improvement. The paper makes further researches on cost control of auto service industry as follows:First, the paper analyzes the characteristics of auto service industry in following areas: market sorts, production and management (P&M) traits and operation modules. Auto service industry is classified into nine operations. P&M traits are divided into seven facets. Also five operation modules are discussed in detail.Second, cost control theory is put emphasis on application in auto service industry. According to the target of cost control, the paper researches several methods on cost control adapted for auto service industry deeply, and apply to the cost control flow of operation departments. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of researches, the paper applies the harvest to the national auto service industry. ABS cost control method is used to auto-leasing operation department. And convincing conclusion is made.Finally, based on above-mentioned case analysis, the paper put forward to an effective approach and policy advice respectively, on the effective approach hand such as multi-layer duty cost control system building. On the policy advice hand, auto service industry should observe national programming for auto industry adjustment, liberation, innovation and new energy transformation and so on.
