Theoretical study on the international balance of payments began very early, and formed a series of well-known theory, but those studies are mainly in developed countries, focusing on how to adjust the overall balance of international payments. In recent years, some domestic scholars began to study China's international balance of payments, but mostly from a macro point of view of the relationship between the international balance of payments and the economy, or from micro-detailed analysis of a number of accounts. This paper research structure of China's international balance of payments innovatively, focusing on analysis of the international balance of payments in the structural relationship between the various accounts, aimed at a better overall grasp of China's international balance of payments for improvement. This paper analyzes structural characteristics based on the two point of view of a balanced structure and the flow structure, while selects seven representative Western developed countries and certain emerging countries as the research objects. By analyzing several international universal indicator value, this paper the characteristics of each country's development, so as to help to improve China's international revenue and expenditure structure. After in-depth study, this article summarizes the impact factors and problems of China's international balance of payments structure. In the last, the paper makes suggestions from three aspects of the current account, capital and financial items and reserve items, pointing out that in order to fundamentally improve China's international balance of payments structure, we need to come from domestic economic development and industrial structure adjustment, and many proceed.
