In real estate development process, the feasibility study is the first and most critical work. This article has carried on feasibility research to Yu Hua garden real estate development item. First, based on in the market survey, demand analysis, and urban construction planning requirements, identified market positioning and the overall layout of the project. Next to the development of the site of the project status, building conditions and design programmes for analysis, preparation of the progress of a project plan. And the preparation of project estimates and marketing investment scheme and, on that basis, the cash-flow project preparation, profit, assets and liabilities, funding sources and the use of tables and other financial statements, and these statements for analysis, research, the project calculated the financial internal rate of return, investment recovery period, the main evaluation indicators, inspection Yu Hua Garden project profitability, liquidity and financial condition; Through loss balance analysis, the size of the risk assessment project, a final conclusion:that this project will have significant economic and social benefits, the project development is feasible.
