Estate market is a multi-factor market, which has a large amount of accumulated data, and the data is an important reference of the estate market operation. The application of data mining can help estate industries find the valuable information, and transform them into valuable knowledge which is very helpful to find business opportunities and make investment decisions. For the estate market research, data mining can be used in the research of macroeconomic situation, market trends, competitors, and customs.Nowadays, the professional market research firms are focus on the analyzing of the customs' information of the estate industries, and gained some experience. However, there is rarely no research on the information of the building itself. In the cities, buildings are fast raising now. Once people decided to invest in estate, they will face a question that, which building will appreciate? So, this paper mainly researched on the data mining of the estate market's building information, through the usage of cluster analysis of data mining to classify the building information, and established criteria with fuzzy math, which is used to analyze the evaluation objects, and conclude the results. This article took the new developed 7 buildings in the northern region of Qing Dao as example, transformed the qualitative indicators into quantitative indicators to evaluate the buildings by cluster analysis, found out the best residential building, and provided an important reference to the customs.
