Tourism is the world's earliest and most extensive development of e-commerce industry, development prospects. In this paper, two types of the typical tourist e-commerce businesses (that is, "What the Internet company tradition" of the representatives of Ctrip and "tourism traditional enterprise information" of air travel on behalf of the Spring and Autumn) in profit based on the analysis model , summing up the success of tourism e-business operations experience and the key to success, further development of tourism e-business customer development strategy, brand strategy, marketing strategy, capital strategies, e-commerce for tourism business operators to establish effective and meet the profitability models provide a theoretical basis and operational strategies and constructive comments.Full-text is divided into five parts to carry out specific analysis and research, from the paper's internal logic and structure of the framework, its main contents and relationships are as follows:The first part is an introduction, the main topics of this paper describes the background and significance, and research form part of the content, and to further determine the organizational structure of the article;Theoretical Summary The second part, described this research needs to master the basic knowledge of e-commerce at home and abroad for tourism research and tourism e-business development; and the introduction of the profit model of four elements, the fourth part of Ctrip and spring net profit model of good theoretical groundwork.The third part of Tourism Development of e-commerce and Problems, describes the course of development of tourism e-commerce, development status and trends.
