China's Commercial Bank Assets Of Business Innovation And Its Analysis

With China's access to the WTO, China's commercial banking sector not only faces the tremendous competitive pressure, but also the risks of fluctuations of the world economy. This article attempts to analyze the asset business innovations of China's commercial banks, which intends to put forward the proposals to enhance the competitiveness of China's commercial banks.In this paper, we analyze the asset business innovations of China's commercial banks, we find that China's large commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks are currently in the stage of development. While compared to the asset business innovations of commercial banks of foreign countries (the United States, for example), there is much to be desired. China's commercial banks should achieve more long-term development in asset business innovations under the needs of national economic development. Through the empirical analysis of China's listed commercial bank, we found that personal credit of commercial banks has a positive performance, while the company's credit business and securities investment of commercial banks operate negatively. Based on the findings, this paper put forward that China's commercial banks should vigorously develop distinctive personal credit products, focusing on customer needs, broaden product sales channels, supply good products and services. For the company's credit operations, we should push on the product innovation for the purpose of spreading the risks. For the securities investment business, we should pay attention to make innovations of transaction scope, approach, methodology. Finally, we put forward specific measures and recommendations on asset business innovation. Moreover, we need to learn the lessons of the U.S. Financial Crisis and control the risks of China's commercial banks on the process of making asset business innovation.
