In the direct of the analysis of qualitative, SMEs use quantitative method to select ERP system and vendor.In the qualitative aspects, first, through improving to the existing selection process, the paper designs a more reasonable selection steps. Second, from both of functional and management, enterprises can clear the demands for ERP Selection of positioning, so that enterprises will make a good choice in the ERP software and its vendor selection. Third, making anlysis of various risks in ERP selection for SMEs is to improve the probability of a successful selection. At last, the paper gives four principles to ERP Selection for SMEs, which is practical, applicable, durable and easy.In the quantitative aspects, SMEs selected ERP software and its suppliers with their first and second round of screening, the paper sets up corresponding evaluation indexes, using the Delphi method and entropy weight method associated with the combination of empowerment and gray degree of a combination of rigorous mathematical, it can be calculated to sort the software suppliers, ultimately, the answer wil help SMEs to choose up their own ERP software and its suppliers.Through the analysis of instances of A enterprise, the feasibility and value of the method is to be verified. The paper hopes to provide theoretical and practical selection of double reference for SMEs in ERP selection.
