A Study On Qualitative Simulation System Of Manager Selection Decision For Enterprise

Qualitative simulation system of manager selection decision of key posts in enterprise is studied in this paper, by integrating qualitative simulation, BP neutral network, game theory and methods of employee selection. First, the background, origin and purpose of the research in this paper are given. The current researches on employee selection methods are surveyed. The definition, concept boundary and features of manager selection are studied. Theories and methods related to manager selection are discussed from two aspects of managers and employee group. The generic decision methods for manager selection are introduced. Second, improvement of the traditional qualitative simulation and application of its combination with other methods in realm of manager selection is studied basing on analysis of their necessity and feasibility. Qualitative simulation models of employee group's behavior from aspects of employee group and manager-employee group are researched, in which process of modeling and validation of models is presented. Next, based on theories of manager selection and qualitative simulation of employee group behavior, qualitative simulation models of manager selection are given from aspects of managerial self-efficacy of manager and mental departure degree of gaming between manager and employee group. Then, qualitative simulation system of manager selection decision is designed and coded, based on qualitative simulation models of manager selection. Designs of framework and functional modules of system are introduced, and then an example is given, in which the simulation is run and its results are analyzed. Last but not least, the paper is concluded wholly in a few words, which imply some problems in current researches, and give a bright outlook of the research on qualitative simulation of manager selection decision.
