The human resources plays a decisive role to prosperity or decline and the success or failure of the organization. Human resources strategies lay the company's human resource base. It also provide the sustainable power for organization's growth and development.Therefore, to combine the theory of human resource management to a specific company, there are importantly practical significance on carrying out research on human resource planning.In this context, the paper commenced the subject of human resources strategy study of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd. Firstly, this paper analyzed the status of human resource management, human resources structures and human resource management problems in Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd.. Based on the analysis, it drafted human resources strategic planning and used multiple linear regression model and the Markov prediction law to predict the company's human resources demand and supply. Finally, it provided the specific measures and safeguards.By analyzing the company's overall strategy through the business environment and human resource management and other factors, its aim is to find the law of human resource planning programs which fit for their development, so that companies can effectively develop and use human resources, to gain competitive ability in sustainable development, to provide human resources guarantee and service for the overall development strategy of the company, to ultimately achieve the company management goals.
