Investigating The Profit Model Of The Advanced Material Division In Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co.Ltd

Having a good profit model is the key to the survival and development of enterprises in today’s highly competitive market environment. In this article, based on the advanced material division in zhuzhou smelter group Co.,Ltd, we investigated the enterprise profit model and the enterprise organization transformation.Firstly, some theories about profit model are summarized. Then, in this article, we intend to create a profit model named "diamond model", which is based on the existing four important elements profit model theory. The proposed diamond model is a diamond shape. The four important elements include customer, commodities, operations and core competence in a company. The proposed diamond model can be used to diagnose the existing enterprise profit model and therefore to make improvements. At last, we diagnose and give some important improvements for the profit model of the advanced material division in zhuzhou smelter group Co.,Ltd.
