Over the years, with the rapid growth of import and export, the Customs faces a series of challenges---Sharp increase in workload, urgent needs for the reduction of trade costs and efficient customs service from the government and enterprises. In order to alleviate the great pressure from the significant increase in trade volume and insufficiency in Customs supervision resources, a number of reforms have been implemented in Customs and a certain degree of efficiency in clearance has taken place. Nevertheless, the contradiction between rapid growth in international business and lack of regulatory resources in Customs happens, and Customs officers in frontline still face great workload of simple routine works. The bottleneck for efficient Customs clearance still exists.In this context, from the use of repeated game about credit cooperation between the main game players, suggestions and recommendations are given in line with professional customs broker operations in the article. The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, which describes the research background, research review and research content; Chapter two is the establishment of the theoretical framework for the analysis of credit cooperative behaviors between Customs and customs brokers with the use of game theory; The third chapter is the analysis of inadequacy in Customs clearance in our current model; Part four is the proposal made from the reform of traditional customs clearance model by re-positioning of the function of Customs brokers and increasing the professional level of customs brokers; And the last chapter is the conclusions of the thesis.Based on the analysis of the game between the Customs and customs brokers, which are the main body for the commitment of professional customs agent service, the thesis holds that it is feasible to reposition customs brokers aiming to give the assistance for the Customs for the completion of a large number of technical works and other customs clearance services. Moreover, it is also the inevitable choice for the Customs to do further reform in the future.
