Primary Tax Inspectors Enforcement Risk Prevention

Tax Inspection plays a key role in attacking illegal tax activities, rectifying and standardizing tax orders, ensuring tax income as well as promoting Tax Law enforcement. With the on-going institutionalization of the Nation, the supervision of law-enforcement powers becomes more and more strict; with our Citizens'increasing awareness of their rights, the tax inspection law enforcement risks has been increasing also. However, this has not raised enough much attention of the vast tax inspection departments and staff. This article tries to unveil the current reality of the basic level of tax inspection law enforcement risks; analyses the reasons for these risks and proposes the strategies and suggestions for them, hoping to provide some risk precaution experience and reference to the tax inspection departments and tax inspectors during the law enforcement.
