Nowadays, the IT and the information of the enterprise improve fast. SCM takes the place of firm to participate in the market competition. Under the special circumstance, the firm long for fire-new operation patterns and management methods with higher efficiency, to be lower cost and well benefit, and actively cultivate an open, competitive and highly efficient marketplace and a fine condition live space with well mechanism. Implementing optimization for SCM in the new environment and setting up reasonable firm SCM management platforms, the keys for firm to strengthen themselves and enforce their kernel competition capacities, which are very important for firm to stand in an invincible position in the severe market competition.This paper research supply chain coordination in the B2B electronic market first. In the supply chain which is composed of a supplier and a dealer, the cost of trade in E-market is lower than that in traditional market, so the supplier and dealer choice to do the business in the B2B market. This paper modifies the model of supply chain coordination in traditional market and takes the viewpoint of return contract to research supply chain coordination in seller centric B2B market.This paper research the profit of the firm in the B2C electronic market than. From the pricing of the product and the advertise to research the topic. We use some step to improve the profit of the firm.
