Research, Based On The Price Elasticity Of Supply Chain Contract

With economic globalization and technology developing rapidly, enterprises are facing ever more complex and competitive environment. A single company's competition of own product quality, performance and other aspects has become the supply chain competition,which consisting of multiple business. If corporate conflict, the overall efficiency and benefit of the supply chain are reduced; if business co-operation, overall efficiency and overall efficiency of the whole supply chain are improved. So how to coordinate the supply chain has become an important subject to scholars. Supply chain contract allows the parties to reach agreement, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the whole supply chain.This paper studies the problem of supply chain contracts based on the price index, researching the three types of supply chain contracts. The main contents of research are as following:(1) Based on assumptions, making a comparative analysis on centralized and decentralized supply chain, and optimizing the model of each variable(2) Based on demand is the price of exponential function, discussing how to create three kinds of traditional supply chain contract models and how these contracts to coordinate supply chain. When the buy-back contract fails to coordinate the supply chain, a simple combined with a rebate and penalty is employed, and coordination is achieved. In the same time, how to determine the parameters is proved.(3) When effort effect the supply chain, the standard model of the third chapter expand into the supply chain contract models with efforts. The impact of effort factor to supply chain coordination is analyzed. When the traditional contracts fail to coordinate the supply chain, a simple combined with a rebate and penalty is employed, thereby coordination is achieved. In the same time, how to determine the parameters is proved.
