Research On Buy-Back Contract Model In Three-Stage Supply Chain With Price And Sales Effort

With the emergence of economic globalization and division of Labour,competition between enterprises has become competition between supply chains,and supply chain coordination is an urgent problem.At the same time,under the background of nowadays to consumers as the center,to be able to accurately grasp the factors that affect product market demand,the increase in consumer demand as much as possible,will bring considerable benefits to the enterprise.Based on this,this paper studies the coordination of buy-back contract in three-level supply chain under the influence of price only,price and sales effort.Firstly,the paper summarized explicitly the current theoretical research of buy-back contract on China and abroad,introducing the related theories of supply chain coordination,supply chain contracts and buy-back contract.Secondly,studying the problem of the three level supply chain buy-back contract coordination under the influence of price.By comparing and analyzing the centralized decision model and the decentralized decision model,and it is necessary to use contract to coordinate the three level supply chain.Based on this,the three level supply chain contract model of demand affected by the price is designed,by proving that the buy-back contract can not achieve the coordination of supply chain.Thus,improving the contract of based on buy-back contract mode's model,combined with the rebate and penalty contract.And the conditions for achieving the coordination of the three-level supply chain under the combination strategy are given.Thirdly,studying the problem of the three level supply chain buy-back contract coordination under the influence of price and sales efforts of retailer.by comparing and analyzing the centralized decision model,the decentralized decision model and buy-back contract model,similarly,combined with the rebate and penalty contract.And the conditions for achieving the coordination of the three-level supply chain under the combination strategy are given.Finally,through the numerical simulation analysis of the model established in theprevious article,it is proved that the repurchase contract which introduces the reward and punishment strategy can realize the coordination of the three level supply chain,and the effect of the contract parameters on the supply chain and the profit of each node enterprise is obtained.
