Construction of sales passage directly relates to enterprise, especially to exist and development of telecommunication enterprises about whole achievement. After reconstruction of telecommunications, three different operators all provide full service, consequently, whose products may be homogenized. However, products may verify most, and different product suits different people of need and personality. The homogenization will lead customer's casualty choice occur and diversity of product will urge sales methods delicate. For better developing market sales, maintain customers and keep self-competition advantages, coverage, perfection and direction have already been strategic source of each key operator.Therefore, development and innovation of sales passage become important issues telecommunication operators discuss about. The passage takes example of telecommunication enterprise C of a city to research recent passage development and mention new plan and blueprint. Meanwhile, it deeply research about noticed problems. Chapter one: main introduction of research background, aim and content. Chapter two: description of definition and connotation of passage,; then introduction of theory and some materials. Chapter three: introduction of C about recent situation and also mention the problem existed. Chapter four: analysis of changes happened to C's environment and prediction of future developing trends of telecommunication sales passage. Chapter five: description of revolution aim and position, etc. Chapter six: strategy and measures to revolute in details about C and a perfect revolution plan is mentioned. Chapter seven: conclusion.Innovation points: the passage firstly introduces developing trends of telecommunication by typical sales passage; secondly in changes of environment and passage development condition, C also faces main problem– domestic telecommunication passage, as well as self-viewpoint to passage new research of sales.
