Project Management In The Defense Technology Industrial Fixed Assets Investment Project Feasibility Study

Feasibility study means to analyze and argument the program roundly before making a decision on investment.To answer two crucial questions,whether the program should be invested and how to invest.Feasibility study shall support investment decision directly,it is a part and a most important milestone of initial stages of program.In this paper, feasibility study of capital asserts investment for national defence scientific technical industry is studied.National defence scientific technical industry is a national strategic industry,feasibility study on capital asserts investment in this domain needs basic elements of feasibility study ,and also have its own especial peculiarities and requirements,such as:emphasizing task supportability on construction pattern,stressing social benefits,military benefits but taking no account of Economic Benefit,need to improve standardization of program management and so on.In this paper, feasibility study for G program is trimmed and improved by means of using some theory,methods and tools,such as SWOT analysis,program quality control,CPM key path etc,combined with G program's own peculiarities and requirements.This paper makes a deeply analysis, argumentation,optimization on necessity of G program,and meanwhile creates reasonable,feasible implementation schedules and quality control system.The achievement of this paper will provide experience and reference for subsequent project of your department and relevant project in the same industry,by sharing excellent research experience in the maximal range with otners and finding something during feasibility study of similar program to improve in the aera of national defence scientific technical industry capital asserts investment.
